At Bakkhali Trip, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all bookings made through our platform.
1. Hotel Booking Cancellation
- Before 7 Days of Check-in: Full refund (except processing charges).
- Between 3 to 7 Days of Check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 3 Days or No-show: No refund will be provided.
2. Car Rental Cancellation
- Before 48 Hours of Booking Date: Full refund.
- Between 24 to 48 Hours of Booking Date: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 Hours or No-show: No refund.
3. Boat & Tour Package Cancellation
- Before 7 Days of Booking Date: 80% refund.
- Between 3 to 7 Days of Booking Date: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 Days or No-show: No refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
